Dr. Olivia Levy, OTD, OTR/L
Registered and Licensed Occupational Therapist, License #26184
Hi, Iβm Olivia.
I work with children and adults who may be feeling uncomfortable or overwhelmed in their body, have challenges with organization or managing a meaningful routine, or would like to return to engaging in meaningful activities in their daily lives.
Through my experience in various mental health settings, I have supported many individuals with navigating emotional regulation, sensory processing, self-esteem, relationships, daily routines, life transitions, and challenges with participation at home, school, work, and in the community. My background also includes working with individuals with brain injury and neurotrauma in an inpatient hospital setting, which has strengthened my understanding of how changes in cognition, identity, emotional regulation, and independence can impact a personβs sense of self and routine.

THERAPEUTIC APPROACH & PHILOSOPHY
I believe meaningful change begins by understanding the person as a whole and identifying what truly matters to them. My doctoral capstone focused on the impact of sensory differences and sensitivities for adults experiencing mental health challenges, and provided training to interdisciplinary teams.
I strive to create a collaborative, supportive environment where people feel genuinely seen, validated, and empowered to build confidence in any sensory-rich environment, develop meaningful routines, and find strategies that allow them to engage more fully in their lives.
3 Reasons To Choose Therapy with Me
Whole-person, daily-life focus.
I look beyond symptoms and diagnosis to understand how mental health and sensory needs impact the routines, roles, relationships, responsibilities, and activities that make up your everyday life.
Supportive, practical, and collaborative.
I meet clients where they are while encouraging growth, using practical, individualized tools and meaningful activities to build confidence, resilience, healthy coping skills, and functional independence.
An OT perspective on mental health.
My experience across pediatric and adult mental health, neurotrauma, and sensory integration allows me to bring a unique lens to emotional regulation, sensory needs, executive functioning, and meaningful participation in everyday life.
