Ready to break the cycle of overwhelm?
You’re exhausted. There’s always so much to do, and it never gets done. You spend a lot of your time regretting the past and worrying about the future. Sometimes, it feels like you are always stressed.
You’re Not Happy with how you’re coping.
The things you do to manage your stress aren’t working well anymore (or they are just straight-up bad for you). You’ve tried to “stop stressing out,” and you can’t. You know that you have a tendency to resort to behaviors that you would like to stop (because they ultimately make things worse).
You want change.
It’s not easy to admit, but you’ve felt pretty “stuck” for a while. You want to feel a sense of meaning and purpose in your life, but you aren’t exactly sure how to get there.

We help folks who are tired of pretending everything is fine to step into their authenticity and vitality by offering therapy that teaches them how to live according to their values, connect to and regulate emotions, heal from past hurt, and use evidence-based coping strategies.
